I have usedPC doctors Cell phone service twice now since March this year. The gentlemen at the store is awesome, very knowledgeable, informative, saves you lots of money and time (which time is money as far as I'm concerned) it's none replaceable. I love this cell phone store hos amazing!!!

I wish I could find the best adjective to define the amount of service I received! Long story short. I broke my screen on my HTC U11, had another one that didn't work, I thought the charging port was broken. The one I was using had two factory authentication, I couldn't remember my new passwords I just created. I couldn't get into anything due to all the extra security. So I thought they could just swap the screens. It turned into both phones needed new screens. Moving the hard drive back and forth, so I could get into everything. With all the back and forth, frustrations, and delays trying to get the correct screen. He never upped charged me and stuck with the original price he quoted. I can't express how amazed I was over the amount of service I received! I would give them all the stars in the sky if I could!

My husband's phone would not charge and we are going out of town I. A few days. They fixed it on the spot!

Won't answer the phone or messages unless we leave a bad review. For all I know, they do excellent work at a reasonable price, just can't get into contact with them.

Great local PC repair shop with good knowledgeable owners. We had a power supply go bad and they had a quality unit in stock. Definitely A1 in our book.
