Great customer service! In and out in 15 minutes for a broken screen! Also got a nice case. They were very polite and patient because I didn’t know what I was talking about but they help me the best they could. Very understanding and quick. My phone works perfectly! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing experience today! Got my iPhone 8 Plus front, back screen & the speaker reappeared at a very economic price (cheapest in all CLEVELAND area) & they also gifted me a screen protector & phone case not to mention they fixed in around an hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will continue to go to them for their services. Thank you guys!!

I haven’t even had my phone a whole month yet and it’s already stupid. I’ve been through many different charges and none of them charge my phone. I’ve began to think that it’s just the phone. I will be making my way back up there to have it looked at. They claimed it was a brand new phone straight out the box but it’s been acting up since I got it. Honestly feel as though this is false advertisement and I paid an insane amount of money for these products to be constantly messing up. If anything I would like half of my money back. I will be up there soon.
