Amazing service, amazing work. I brought in my custom built computer for a drive transfer because my operating drive was crashing, not only did they get it done, they were able to install windows 11 with the new disk i had bought, something i didn’t think was possible from error messages trying to boot it myself, and I’m not exactly technologically illiterate. They’ve done amazing work, and the man who works in front was incredibly friendly, talking with me about my life and telling me stories about his time in Columbus while going over my repairs and upgrades. 100% recommend this place for any of your needs, based on pricing you’re more than getting what you pay for.

I came in to upgrade my old PC from the ground up with a new case, fans, cpu, aio and m.2! After bringing my PC they had a pretty quick turn around time to receive it built and ready to go, my cables were managed properly and the software I needed was installed for the new fan control. I did have a hiccup with my data transfer service I asked them to move my boot drives to a my new m.2 but it was taken care of.

How have I never known of this company despite having lived here for 11 year? It is miraculous! What a GIFT they were to me and my computer dilemma! Smart, persistent, and communicative; I recommend them for ANY issue you may be having.

James and the whole staff were amazing! I had a laptop and external hard drive that didn't work but had old family photos on them. They were able to restore all the pictures and it was a quick turn around. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going back here if I have any computer issues.

The computer store did a great job with replacing my wife’s MacBook Air M2 screen. Apple and Micro-center wanted $700 (nearly the price of the computer) to replace the screen due to “labor costs” though the price of the screen was only $249. The computer store did it for almost half the price and in 7 business days! Thank you!
