Unfortunately the Geek Squad here wasn't able to help resolve our phone battery issue, but we want to leave a review specifically for Charles W. - he deserves 5 stars. He was an incredible person to work with, and we would absolutely recommend working with him to try to resolve your tech issues. He was patient, calm, professional, and explained everything clearly.

Scott really did a great job going above and beyond with making things right after I had several problems with a PC I had recently purchased. He was very knowledgeable and has experience with both PC and Apple. Thanks again Scott!

My dell Pc lost Power but was still under warranty. Popped into BestBuy to check in the power adapter before shipping PC & adapter back to Dell. Scott checked in seconds and said it was the power adapter. Also told us where to find a replacement in store. At checkout Brit was also really helpful. Great service BestBuy.

Called and they said they aren't geek squad. Denied being part of Best Buy and said they don't have any work vans. I told them there was an emergency on the hi-way with their van and was told 3 times if I have an emergency come into my local store then hung up on me.
