Easton has presented several HOLIDAY celebrating events this year! Santa's arrival, the Town Center Christmas Tree Lighting, visits with Santa, and an enjoyable DRONE performance...while the snow was falling. We appreciate these... Thanks!

The worst service I have ever experienced! I came in with a camera issue, but instead of fixing it, they reset my phone to factory settings. It’s like buying a new phone and having to register everywhere again. I wasn’t prepared for this and didn’t remember my passwords. The staff here are completely unqualified. It’s a shame that such a global brand has such incompetent employees. And it’s even more disappointing that I own such a well-known device like Apple, which unfortunately doesn’t live up to the level of its staff.

My sister and I came in tonight to buy new phones, we both walked in really anxious, but had the best employee help us! Her name was Lena, and she was so sweet, helpful, and talkative with us. She made us both feel very comfortable! I got my new phone all set up, and am very happy with the decision. Thanks Lena!! edit : Came back the next morning to trade in our old phones and had a great worker again, Antwan. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable even though he shared with me that he was pretty new. So grateful for both of these workers.

This is incredibly frustrating. I’ve never encountered such poor service at other Genius Bars. My first visit was to pick up an iPad replacement I ordered from Polaris. No one helped me after checking in, and I waited 30 minutes for my replacement. They even forgot to give me the paperwork until I reminded them. I completed a survey to report the issue, but no one called me back. Today, I visited again to get my iPad replaced because of damage. They quickly replaced my device, but they refused to provide any support to restore it to beta software. I don’t need their assistance; I just want an Ethernet cable to speed up the process. “Sean,” who introduced themselves as the “senior manager,” claimed that this was company policy. But I can use the Store Wi-Fi to do the same thing, right? What’s the difference, buddy?

It's best to have an appointment even for the most basic of things such as purchasing a phone with no need for a transfer of data or other services. Triaging here is interesting. Better streamlining of the process is definitely needed. The Apple geniuses are nice, the distinction is in how the process works.
