Horrible customer service. Received a defective product. Compsource held my refund hostage until the manufacturer agreed to cover the item under warranty. Even upon receiving the defective product, Compsource would not give me a full refund. The partial refund took almost a month to receive and took almost 10 emails back and forth.

Salesmen was great to deal with and easy to place order but rack showed up damaged and once I told them the response was start an RMA there isn’t anything much to talk about. I was hoping maybe there was an alternative but the salesperson wouldn’t allow the conversation to start. Rather just talk to the returns department. That said it was easier to call the manufacturer they were much more helpful and offered to fully replace the unit. That being the case I don’t think I’ll be doing any future business with CompSource.

Ordered from this company online and I was impressed at the professionalism of the ordering process and the well put together receipts and invoices following. Shows that they take what they are doing seriously.

Poor product description, poor customer service, complete rip off. I bought office bag for travel based upon the description. When the bag arrived the computer pocket had no padding and is beside the handle that goes up and down (WITH NO PADDING). However, the worst part is that the box was damaged on when I received the bag. I took the bag out of the box, realized the item's description was not accurate and put it back in the box and returned the item. A few weeks later they sent it back to me and said the box was damaged and could not be resold, and denied my refund. Very unethical business practices. Buyer beware.

Our company is new to CompSource and they went out of their way to find a component that they didn't sell to ensure that they could offer this to us! Excellent customer service and communication! Highly recommend!
