TLDR; I do not recommend going here, my phone's issue was NOT fixed. I went here on the 10th of April to get my phone (an S21 for anyone wondering) fixed because the screen had been blacking out frequently, and at the time of bringing it in, had completely turned off and was not turning back on. I felt ignored when I was explaining the situation to the representative, having repeated the issue several times before the representative went to ask a technician. They tried saying it would likely need to have the screen replaced, no explanation as to why, but I persisted the issue was not with the screen as the touch and sound worked fine (I had silenced alarms during the phone's blackout period). I was able to pick it up the same day, but now I'm noticing the same issue with my phone has begun again, leading me to suspect that they didn't properly address the issue despite being told the cables were reseated. Attached is a video of my phone. No tricks, just me using the touchscreen in the area I know the issue is located. I cannot leave my phone on its side or it will enter a blackout period. Also in the video is the paperwork they gave me saying, "...display works ok now." in the repair notes.

Will never return to this location. I went in for a warranty repair because of intermittent connection issues with my android auto and backup camera. Prior to that, I was on vacation and was getting 2-3 phone calls a day the week leading up to it from Ashley. When I finally got to the appointment, she made sure to bring up that I missed her 50 phone calls and insinuated that it was my fault if they can't fix the issue because they couldn't keep my truck overnight and couldn't get me to reschedule. I made the appointment for Saturday because that's when I had time. Leaving my only means of transportation overnight is not a reasonable thing. The kicker is they blocked my appointment off for 1.5 hours. 30 minutes later, she calls and says my truck is ready and that it's my fault for turning the GPS volume down. And that Russ didn't see any issues whatsoever so it must be something I'm doing. I asked them to figure out the intermittent connection and he turned my GPS volume up full blast. I've never encountered such incompetent and rude workers. I tried to ask what my GPS volume had to do with my music cutting in and out, and she quickly cut me off and said I can come get my vehicle. My backup camera is still not working 100% of the time and my radio is constantly cutting in and out. I wish I'd just left my factory stereo in. Now I'm going to have to go to an actual shop and get the problem corrected even though I purchased a protection plan at Best Buy. AVOID this place if you want your electronics to work more than 1 year.

I’m the past we have used Geek Squad to install our new TVs and sound bars but since then we have needed to have a TV repaired. I am not exaggerating when I say we have had 4 appointments cancelled the day of the appointment or the night before the appointment. I have had a repair technician come without having the parts they ordered weeks prior specifically for the appointment. The customer service over the phone is a NIGHTMARE. They have absolutely no idea what is going on, and supposedly there is no supervisor to speak to. They say the supervisor is “in a meeting”. I purchased a new TV and schedule installation because my hood of having my old TV fixed is gone, the installers came HOURS before their window, no phone call, and although they were nice the scheduling department is horrible. I will be looking elsewhere to buy our electronics and installation services.

Absolutely zero service and competency at this location. If you're considering using their official Samsung repair service, think again and steer clear. They insist on keeping your phone during the ordering process (minimum 1 week), claiming it's Samsung's policy, yet they provide no spare phone. In contrast, uBreakiFix, another official Samsung repair store, didn't require such measures and efficiently ordered the needed part. After a frustrating experience with Geek Squad, I turned to uBreakiFix, where the part was swiftly ordered, and my phone was fixed within 30 minutes upon my return. Save yourself the time and headache; avoid this Samsung repair center at all costs.

Maurice was fantastic helping me on the phone and got me in fast to the geek squad ( phone is great I got a virus or something.) I have always given "All BestBuy Stores" for products I have bought, the services I have used have always been helpful and efficient in their jobs. I would give them 5 stars all the time. I saw were someone gave them a one star. I cannot see how, I know I pay for warrenties, have the geeksquad and they have helped every time "I have" messed up my product and they patiently fix it for me.
