computerDNA - Apple Authorized Service Provider

I had a recent great experience at Computer DNA . Dropped my iPhone , crack! Jumped through all the hoops to make my appt at the Apple Store . Then showed up at the appt only to find they had no replacement screens in stock. My son recommended calling CDNA. They ordered the replacement screen , called as soon as they received it , repaired the phone within the hour. In the future , CDNA will be my go to place for iPhone repairs .

The folks at computerDNA are great. The rep I worked with (Ashley McDow) was friendly and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the process of migrating my data from my old (sadly, dead) computer to my new one. The work was done quickly, and I thought the cost was quite reasonable.
