I wish their show stores offered more of a selection like they used too but it is what it is . They do offer a huge selection of stores and high end clothes and apparel and they have something for everyone. They have good food in there for when you're on the go.

If you have a tech issue an Apple rep will read an article to you over the phone. Don't expect any insight or user friendly customer service. An Apple customer support tech actually told me they use PC, they don't even use Apple products!! I cannot recommend Apple based on the deteriorating Apple Care and support.

Don’t come here unless you have to. They make you wait and wait. Employees are wandering around talking with friends who stopped by the store. Appointments are often delayed. They overbook time slots. There is a reason I don’t want to upgrade my phone. My iPhone 8 was great. Purchased an iPhone15 and the phone audio wouldn’t work unless on speakerphone since day 1. Great way to keep punishing customers for faulty merchandise.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten. One of their new employees rolled his eyes and said “I picked the wrong people to talk to” after we just asked if our phone was done with its repairs nicely. We spent 2 hours in the Apple Store earlier today while they spoke in a condescending tone. We waited 30 extra minutes for the phone to come out fixed and they lied that they needed to do a few extra repairs, when in actuality they weren’t doing anything and they just gave us a new phone anyway because it was unrepairable

I went to the Apple store in Kenwood Towne Center to purchase an Ipad. I knew the exact size and color I wanted. The sales rep, Ariel, was helping another customer so I waited for her to finish...approximately 15 minutes. Once she finished she asked me what how she can help. As I was about to place my order, she interrupted and asked the 2 people behind me if they arrived before me to which the ladies replied yes. These ladies came in much later than me and were waiting behind me. Apparently, they were her friends. I didn’t say anything since I had time and decided to let them go ahead of me. After assisting them for about 15 minutes, Ariel asked me to wait while she found another specialist. A young guy eventually came over, and I explained what I needed. He then told me there was one other person ahead of me, even though I didn’t see anyone else around—neither behind nor ahead of me. After that, he returned to chatting with two of his coworkers. I asked to speak with the manager, Jamie. Jamie explained that anyone on the sales floor can assist with sales, which is fine, but I was next in line, and Ariel and another employee were just chatting with another coworker instead of helping customers. Jamie was rude and arrogant, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. Honestly, she wouldn’t last a day as a manager at my business. It's a shame Apple can charge outrageous prices for it’s products and still treat customers horribly. I now see why they have so many negative reviews.
