We never had any problems for 7 years with our internet until Rowe Wireless bought out Redbird. Every time I call with a service disruption complaint, the person I talk to acts like they could care less that we work from home and the internet is not working. They can never tell us when the service will be fixed and are rude about us asking. They also have no ability for us to pay the bill online. Not impressed at all with this company. Not reliable or professional. They are all about taking your money though.

Had Redbird for years and then sold to NexGen and changed to Rowe it appears now the terms and conditions have changed unknown to us and without proper disclosure. Not happy being charged another month for nothing because of undisclosed conditions of canceling. Was without internet for weeks and no credit applied when asked. Terrible customer service.

I finally got frustrated enough to switch to another service & of course, I get the run around getting my overpayment back. Just plain done with what used to be a really great company!

Absolutely one of the worst internet providers out there. Constant outages and zero after hours service, even for business customers. They close up shop, never to be heard from until the next BUSINESS day. I'm done! Edit: I'm in the middle of finding a new internet provider, but in the past week we have lost service four times and not once was I able to get a hold of anyone to troubleshoot or report it. I want to give zero stars!

Well here I am w/o internet this goes for customers nextdoor as well. I expect to have my Internet up and running everyday, but it went out at 6 p and 2 a I have no service. With a Roku it's important to have internet . I pay on time and I want my service now not when you all check in after 9a. You should be fixing your issues not going home til you do. I can't continue to settle for this. Any suggestions on internet sevice?
