Did an excellent job of setting up my new laptop and transferring all the data. Great follow up appointments to help me with some shortcuts and answers any questions I had in a knowledgeable and patient fashion. My interaction with everyone there was outstanding and they took that same approach with everyone else that needed their services. Very lucky to have such a great place to go and first class people.

Took my wife's computer in 5 days ago. Was told that it would be a day or 2 for a diagnostic. 5 days later I called and they hadn't even looked at it yet. The day I made the appointment, I had an 11am appointment, (The earliest that was allowed) and was still made to wait almost 40 minutes past my appointment time. I went back to pick my unit up to have it restored somewhere else. And the employee who brought it to me didn't even place it on the side of the desk I was on and walked away. Despite me being an annual member.

The technicians at the Best Buy were extremely patient and helpful while upgrading my son’s new laptop, and with advice and direction on moving data from his old laptop to his new one.

We took the computer last week for repair. We made an appointment for a drop-off. Which that experience in itself was bad. Why we had to make an appointment just for a drop-off and still had to wait for someone at the desk for 30 minutes after the drop-off time is crazy. They told us they'd get back to us in 24-48 hours. We didn't hear back after day 2 and called to follow up. They said no one had looked at it yet. We called back on the 5th day and they said it'll probably take a few days because the guy who looks at desktops just got back from vacation that day. We took the computer back from them, ate the $200 and found someone else.

The guys were great, that's why the 5 stars. However, when I called and made the appointment through the switchboard, they couldn't fix my ipad as they don't change batteries there, even though the switchboard said they would. Wasn't the geek squad's error, it was the operator at the switchboard. Not happy with her as it made me a trip for 1 1/2 hrs I didnt need to make.
