Great experience overall. I've never needed or used a phone repair service ever and diagnosing my camera situation was a bit nerve racking for me. These guys did it and had it fixed in no time! Plus we're friendly, knowledgeable and professional . Dalton was the person that took care of my needs all the way through the end. I love that! It's reassuring to know that ONE person handled this as oppose to several people, that tend to screw things up.

Overall experience was positive. They were able to replace my battery in a timely manner. However, when the I got home, I noticed a slight rattle when I turned the laptop over. After further inspection, the bottom cover was not secured completely.I didn't want to take it back just for that so I fixed it myself since I had the proper sized bits.

Process was well described and went smoothly. This company provides a great option over spending thousands of dollars on a new phone. You may only think about the added cost to your bill, but spending 120 dollars to fix a otherwise perfectly good 1300 dollar phone is the most fiscal responsible choice.

The staff is nice, but... They strongly encouraged me to sign up for their insurance before they would service my laptop stating without the insurance their is a cost for every step. After signing up for the insurance they took my laptop to the back after 15 minutes brought it back saying they can't fix it without ordering a $300 part. So, my laptop still isn't fixed and I have an insurance plan that I'm having trouble trying to cancel. I'm still not sure what they did to my laptop.
