Adolfo got my tablet all set up and met me promptly for the pick up appointment. He was very efficient and helpful. Definitely an above and beyond employee who knows his stuff and willing to help in any way possible. I hope I don't need to utilize geek squad, because that means I screwed up my new surface pro, but if I do, I'll be happy to return!

My dishwash wouldn't dry my dishes. ( under warranty) so I called they sent out Brian who was very nice and explained allot to me. Took the time with me to explain how everything works. He was very patient and knowledgeable. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have had the Geek Sqaud service for about 3 years without needing to call for service. But last year I had to use it! Which has me questioning if I will sign up for it next year because my problem was not resolved! 2 visits & purchasing parts /labor , yet the problem persists. Geek Squad reps were lacking tech knowledge to resolve my problem!!

Bernard was very helpful, even making an extra trip to our house at the end of his day to diagnose a new issue with our expensive dishwasher that is only 2.5 years old.
