I built a computer on my own and ran into an issue with it not posting. I brought it in after trying multiple steps to find the faulty part. It was very reasonable price to find out it was my motherboard initially. With further inspection my CPU had been faulty as well. Overall the service was quick and fair. 10/10 would recommend Edit: they also packaged my separate parts in anti static bags that I had not brought myself. This was a nice touch to ensure my working parts stayed safe.

We had Chuck build us a new computer with Windows 11 for home use. He did a wonderful job even transferring all of our old information over to the new machine!! We are very happy with the results!

Rating a 3 they did a good job on repair, bad customer service skills. Took my PC in for repair. I suspected it was a bad power supply, they confirmed and replaced it. Cleaned out my PC better than I expected. However the top of my PC was damaged after I had left it with them. The store employee argued with me when I pointed out the obvious dent and stated it must have come in like that. He was the same person to check it in. He then claimed there was nothing in the store that could have caused the damage. Be sure to take before pictures when dropping off with them.

Good customer service but the man who works back there might want to consider buying either a bigger shirt or pants so his stomach isn’t always showing out of the bottom of his shirt. Disgusting and a huge turn off to not just their customers but I’m sure others are bothered by it too when he walks around the store as I’ve seen him do. How do you allow an employee come into work like that? Most places I’ve worked at would send someone like that home for indecent attire and make sure they are properly covered next time.
