I was told they would be able to fix my Mac laptop battery, was charged $50 for them to tell me that actually they can’t and I should go somewhere else. Why tell me you’re able to fix it if you’re not?

I brought my computer to another place to get fixed and they told me motherboard was shot and it was unfixable. Luckily I wanted a second opinion. I brought it to digital guru and they found that a $5 battery was the problem. These guys are awesome! Highly recommend.

SCAM ALERT: I asked if they could fix my gaming laptop cause I just bought it and I thought I should try to get it fixed first and they said they could fix it and they told me they fixed it and I payed 150 dollars for it, but in reality I payed 150 dollars for nothing, it's still broken and they just scammed me out of 150 dollars

Digital Guru has been a great place to work with! If you stop in with any questions or issues they are there to help you and they do it right away! If it's something you have to leave to get fixed they call you with diagnostics and let you know what it will cost so it's not a surprise when you go to pick up. They have great customer service and quality services!

They fixed my server and network fast, had my company up and running again In no time. They understood it was our busy season and we're on-site quickly. From now on they can do the IT and I'll stick to running my business.
