Save your money and don't get anything repaired here, better off doing it yourself. Should be zero stars for the scam service I received. Came in for a battery replacement and was returned with non-responsive screen and dead pixels. Glue all over the sides and on top of the screen, and gaps where the screen and frame should be flush together, even if the screen worked the repair was done horribly. Didn't offer any solutions but to spend more money to fix something they broke or a refund. Thank you for the paper weight.

Save your money and go somewhere else. $309.99 charge for a thick, sticky, and heavy-screen computer replacement. They ordered the wrong part, which delayed it; it took 13 days to get back. They did give a 20-dollar discount and seemed friendly, but I am so disappointed. I wish I had gone with a different company or bought a brand new computer.

In town on short notice and leaving the same day. My wives phone has been having battery issues for a while now. Galaxy E10. Older. They had the battery on hand and nobody else did. Dropped it off and picked it up in 2 hours or less. Didn't solve the issue. Lol. But, I kind of expected it might not as the software on those things is energy sapping. Nonetheless, that's not their fault. Service was great, respectful and helpful.

My Galaxy S20 wouldn't charge and the repair person saw a small stone in the charging port. She removed it for no charge. I was elated but I wanted to give them some business so I asked if she would repair the cracked back. 15 for generic or 40 for OEM. I said give me the generic and I'll pick it up after dinner. Came back and she said she didn't have the proper adhesive for the generic so she gave me the OEM at a steep discount. $40 total with the labor included I was ecstatic. Phone looks and works like new again. Great job, glad to have this business around.

Broke my s23 ultra screen about a year ago. Recently, the screen got so bad I couldn't use it anymore. Brought it into CPR on Monday, and was able to get me a new screen on Wednesday. Satisfied with their service and got some friendly staff there too. I'll be going there if I break another screen!
