When my mother’s phone was not working the technician, CHAD, went above and beyond to see that she had a working phone. My mother lives alone in an apartment in Lisbon and does not have family close. The people I talked to about the problems I was having contacting my mother who is elderly and Chad understood how important it was for family, who live out of ND, to be able to check on our mother. Chad called me twice about the problem and located a new phone for her. Thank you DRN and especially CHAD.

Over priced for the poor quality. Internet fades in and out gets so bad can't watch internet t v so back to d v d . Thinking seriously about satellite internet
