My girlfriend and I have gone in over iPhone issues, Every time they belittle her when speaking with her. They have this horrible sense of superiority when talking to women. It was grossly unproffesional and quite honestly pathetic to see. I hope they can improve their customer service or just replace the staff. One staff member by the name Max was extremely rude to her. Do Better

I bought a new computer from Best Buy and brought my old computer in to have everything transferred over to the new one. I was lucky enough to work with Austin both the day I dropped off and the day I picked up. He has a great way about him. He was calm, patient with other customers and co-workers and he is a problem solver. He gave great advice and made sure everything was working property before we left.

Geek squad and Best buy itself, I went to the store to look for a certain computer, I was given a piece of paper and to scan it if I needed some help in the department I was in, 1st of all that is not good customer service. I ended up ordering it online, I needed things transferred to my new computer from the old, 1st was told from the phone number given 20 min nope it was going to be, 3 days, come back in 3 days it took over an hour to get it because nothing was transferred over, I get home had to do it all myself, I will not use best buy ever again.

I was hopeful when coming in. My husbands brother and I came into Best Buy because we had called earlier. We were told earlier before coming we did not need to have an appointment set up. The person was super helpful on the phone but upon getting to best buy no one was helpful at all. The guy when explaining what was going on he had no idea what we were talking about with geek squad. We get sent to the customer service desk and we explain the situation with the tv and we get told that they don't take any random tv in nor do they look at them if it did not personally come from best buy.. So i am not ever going there to get anything fixed at all if they cannot actually fix any tv from another store or without warranty.

I went to Geek Squad to try to get my laptop fixed. I was a walk-in and had to wait about 30 minutes which is absolutely fine. When I was able to meet with one of the employees, I told him what the issue was with my laptop and even gave him the error code my computer was receiving. He seemed puzzled and went to one of his coworkers for advice. His coworker was the worst. He didn't even touch my laptop and refused to listen and problem solve with the information i gave him. He preceded to tell me it was too old and I needed to buy a new one from BestBuy. I took it elsewhere and they fixed it the next day and it's working great.
