This business is highly knowledgable and professional. My laptop was trouble shooted the same day I dropped it off. My repair bill was less than $30.00. I am so thankful I didn't have to take it to Knightdale for repair. I highly recommend this business.

I bought my son a used laptop here several years ago for college and it is still in perfect working order. Also they fixed a cracked computer screen on my Dell laptop. Highly recommend.

I came in one day, seeking help to build a computer. I was told that they would give me a call when they can get some information for me. I never received a call I called them and they said oh yes we were going to get back with you but needed more time. They still never contacted me. Poor customer service!
