Great customer service at the Stratford Rd location! Although it took longer to get the part needed, they fixed my screen very quickly! Responsive and top notch care to the phone- I will definitely be going to them for all phone issues in the future!

Great service, they got me in the same day, was able to diagnose it and work with Google to get my phone completed. They even added on a new screen protector for a great cost! The staff is friendly, educated, and very timely. My phone works just like new. Also, they do provide through your insurance a rental phone and they helped transfer over my current device to that device while here. The only thing to keep in mind about that is it's a $250 dollar fee if anything happens to the phone. However, outside of that I didn't pay for anything. Great service.

Had a great experience. Made an appointment for 6:00 and but it got there early and they were super fine with it. I thought I had a virus. Adam was super kind and tried to help as best as he could. Super apologetic when he couldn’t exactly fix it and concerned of my time. I told him it was completely fine and that I appreciated his help anyway! Did offer suggestions for what I could do. Great service

Brought my Surface Studio Laptop to Adam and his team when it wouldn't start up. They had to ship it out. I was hoping they could repair it, and turned out to only cost around $100 and just need a new battery. I have it back home now, and so happy to have it back! I thought it was gone forever. Great service, friendly, helpful, great value, and they saved my laptop that I love. Thank you! Highly recommend.

I will NEVER use anyone else for my phone service or repair. They are the best. The technician was so nice and helpful and answered all my questions for my repair. When my phone wasn't able to be repaired, he facilitated the process for a new phone. I have used this location several times and they are awesome. Very professional and customer service is a priority and it feels personal and it is nice to see.
