Awesome place with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Came here hoping they would be able to resolder my radar detector's connections and they were able to in less than 20 minutes even less than 30 minutes from closing, most shops these days practically close 40 minutes before their actual closing time. Just plain S++ service, and that is rare these days. Thank you.

These guys came out to repair my new LG washing machine. They are excellent! I spoke with a lady on the phone who was very efficient and great at her job. I was already frustrated with LG's customer service by the time the repair company contacted me but she was so kind. The repair man who came out was wonderful also. He called to let me know when he would be arriving and fixed the issue with no problem. Great company! Thank you guys!

We highly recommend Triad Electronics! We’ve had issues with the refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. In each case the problems were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We’ve recommended them to many people and know their experiences were the same. The office people are very kind and helpful with scheduling appointments. I want to start by saying how friendly the staff is. They went above and beyond service to get my TV parts and getting them to me and I live an hour away from them! The ladies that work in the store are amazing! Chris the very nice and smart and fast service man was outstanding when he came to fix my TV by putting parts in it. You could definitely tell he had been doing it many years! I love this place and recommend it to anyone who needs repairs done. Let me remind you they do more than TVs.
