The people are friendly and professional and the establishment is clean. If you decide to come here, I suggest you look for prices somewhere else. They charge $60 just to diagnose your device which is fair, but I went in with a damaged screen on a perfectly working MacBook Pro. I told them that was the only issue. They should have just quoted me the repair cost and an ave me the $60. What I got for my $60 was a 3 page email explaining that my screen was broken, no DUH! That is why I brought it in. I feel I got ripped off, so keep this in kind of you decide to come here. Next time, I’d rather make the drive to Greensboro and go to the Apple Store, at least they don’t charge you to tell you your device isn’t working. The manager spoke to me and basically did nothing to at the very least make things right. I got ripped off! I would not come back here again or do business with them.

Made an appointment through the Apple website for my MacBook Air as the screen had cracked, was completely black and had rainbow lines running across it. I dropped my laptop off on Friday and they were able to diagnose the issue, order the parts, and have it ready for pickup today (Monday). It looks brand new! I am very pleased with my service.

Great experience with a MacBook Pro with AppleCare. Diagnosed issue on a Friday and completed repair next business day. Their preferred method of communication is email. If you don’t thoroughly check your email, you might miss when your item is ready.

These guys are computer magicians! My IMac was so slow I could barely use it. I took it in late Thursday afternoon, and they had it fixed on Monday. Super fast and reasonably priced. It’s like having a brand new computer.
