Very easy to make the appointment, appointment was not really needed. I had decided to make one just in case. Very friendly staff, patient and honest. Even though we decided not to repair, due to new phone only being 10 more, I would still go back if a new need arose.

Fortunately, I managed to get a same-day appointment with CPR. Despite arriving late because I relied on memory instead of printed directions—triggering flashbacks to the days of getting lost and asking strangers for directions—I was greeted with honesty and understanding. Cody was extremely knowledgeable about water damage and my phone model. He put it on a charger and noted that it was charging right away, which was a good sign. A few hours later, my phone was working perfectly. Cody advised me to consider getting a new phone due to the unpredictable nature of water damage, even recommending a model that suited my needs. Been going here for years for my screen protectors, and have never had a problem until recently. With the $10 or whatever warranty replacements, make sure they’re putting the same thing back on your screen as you paid for. I went in today with a glass protector I had cracked, and realized that they had put on a cheaper, non-glass, eco-friendly skin protector to fix it. Not a huge deal, I think they just have new people… But that of course wasn’t the same quality as what I had originally purchased. To their credit, once I pointed this out, they made it right and got me what I needed.
