I brought my monitor in, hoping the guy could find a power cable for it. I previously spent hours searching online for this cable with absolutely no success. Apparently, I was not alone in my quest. Other people with this very monitor had the same issue! Fortunately, the guy at the shop was up for the challenge! He apparently searched the entire universe and was able to locate 2 POWER CABLES! That was exactly what I needed. He went above and beyond and therefore exceeded my expectations. He was more than reasonable with his prices and saved me so much money. I HIGHLY recommend this guy above all the rest!

After unsuccessfully attempting to build my own PC and making several failed trips to another repair shop, I decided to give my computer another chance. I brought in two PCs: one that never worked and one that used to work. My goal was to somehow combine these two nearly-complete computers into one functioning machine. A couple of days later, I have that working machine! Ben is incredibly communicative and knowledgeable. The entire process was so easy, and I couldn’t be happier. He replaced a part, and overall, the repair cost was under $200, which seemed more than reasonable. Thank you!

As a senior citizen with a sick IPad, Ben and his assistant took a look and had it fixed hours later and ready for pick up sooner than expected. They listened without making me feel stupid and best of all, it cost less than quoted. I would highly recommend them. They were kind, very affordable, and I trust them.
