If I could rate 0 stars I would. Dropped my phone off with the gentleman. Had no issues initially. 2 days in my back glass was SHATTERED. No drops or anything..4 days later my phone is boot looping any times it's set down bumped etc. Then out of the blur my screen stopped working. But phone was still on. Took it to him and asked if he could just open it up and check to make sure everything was plugged in still. He wanted to argue with me that phones just "don't do that". Wanted to charge me 100 -200 just to do this. I left and went IMMEDIATELY to asurion by the mall. They opened my phone up for FREE after hearing my issues and repaired EVERYTHING this man screwed up INCLUDING a messed up ribbon inside the phone. Missing screws galore. Antenna bands not fully connected. Glue missing etc. He would have fixed everything and still charged me a new screen. Let me make this clear. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER. Do not go here for anything. I have attached pictures from asurion wireless themselves. For the repairs.

I got my phone fixed here 3 weeks ago and it’s completely shattered and the screen won’t even function at all. It was instantly laggy and had problems. When I come back the entire establishment is closed and it says nothing about the temporary closer online or in the hours on apple maps. When I called the store the phone didn’t answer which should have been a dead giveaway. Nonetheless there was no indication of a closed store. Very unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Tried to get help setting up my new computer with passwords, security, etc. as I am clueless about how to do it. The young man who was there could not have been less interested in helping. I was perfectly willing to pay for his time no matter how simple the job was. I ended up just leaving...still confused about the whole interaction. Cannot recommend. ***In reply to your reply - this is NOT TRUE - I offered to pay and the young man was too busy vacuuming to care! He was not interested when I told him that it was a set up and not a repair. I still do not recommend and I think that your defensive reply speaks for itself.

I have had several phones fixed here but this was the first time we took a game console.. never had a problem before always treated respectfully & professionally UNTIL this time.. when we dropped my sons game off initially we were told $140 & 3-7 days about 9 days later we called to check on game and was told 3-4 more days other issues were found & would now need to pay $190.. mind you ONLY problem needing to be fixed was the hdmi port wasn’t to happy about it but trusted his word and said okay.. day 4 we called back and was now told game was full of bugs and had to be quarantined.. mind you I do not have ANY BUGS in my home & have apartment managers & maintenance staff who can also verify I’ve lived in my home for 11 months & not had one issue with bugs.. now I’m frustrated & let him know this isn’t possible at this point the conversation became very unprofessional & in my opinion disrespectful telling me I’m lucky he is doing “free” services he could stop working on it we could come pay him and get his game back STILL BROKEN he tried to argue me down about bugs as well called me a liar basically at this point I invited the man to my home I have no reason to lie.. after being insulted I was told again 2 more days.. day 2 my son calls he tells my son he needs to find something to do other hobbies than playing the game there is more to life than a game he needs to go outside and play.. excuse me sir you have no right coming out of your mouth to MY CHILD like that & what’s even more sad the game was dropped off on Aug 30th and it’s now September 14th & still no game after being insulted not only myself but my child.. now today it’s Sunday September 15th 6:15pm he text my son phone and told him I close at 7 come get your game now or it’ll be another $20 tomorrow to get your game making the total $205.. he made it there and he refused to take a card payment he literally had 4 mins to go to atm and come back he was still adamant that he would close at 7pm.. he made it and got his game!! I’d never recommend this place to anyone again he has full control and whatever he says goes no matter if he is wrong and you can prove him wrong he can jack the price up and say anything he wants holding your item hostage if you don’t agree.. the communication is very unprofessional & really disrespectful CUSTOMER SERVICE would be a NEGATIVE 10 for me me will never return again and I encourage anyone Check other options first & ask policy & procedures on fixing things not brought in originally for UPDATE.. again this man is still on here lying about some bugs and it’s crazy how you never mention the disrespect you had towards a 15 year old child and his mother and his sister. you will be hearing from my lawyer I promise you that!! Every phone call was reordered when he picked his game it was recorded..

Definitely take your broken iPhone here, I had shattered back glass, a malfunctioning gps, and malfunctioning Tap to pay. Phone was fixed in less than 2 hours for a great price. Man working there was super nice as well!
