Good availability of products and excellent prices. Sales associates were helpful applying Rewards points to purchase. Technical issue with UPC scanner caused a register line backup but associates maintained sales professionalism which helped to keep those in line calmed.

I had the most exceptional experience today at staples in wilson. Alex assisted in 2 departments & the register. So pleasant a very delightful young man. Wearing so many hats he was very happy to help. Thank you, store was clean. Areas clean for packages.

The one staff member that I interacted with was very upbeat, helpful and professional. This store is very organized and clean. I will definitely return. Also. I found some good office items on sale, including a mouse pad for just 49c. :)

The men's bathroom at this store REEKS! Certain fixtures need to be torn out and replaced. The dirtiest public restroom I've been in in Wilson County, and that's saying something.
