The guys here have more patience and understanding than anyone I've ever met! They weren't able to fix my old model Samsung due to Asurion and Samsung nonsense insurance BUT boy did they try! Including talking with reps and agents in multiple departments. Communication was top tier and transparent as well. Scott and Brian were top tier in the 3 days I spent here.

I needed an iPhone repair. I called them at 10:00am and dropped it off at 1:00pm. They had it done by 2:00pm. All three employees I had contact with were very professional and explained everything to my satisfaction. The price was reasonable too.

My wife dropped her Google pixel 4a the day before we left on vacation. The screen was turning green and it clearly needed a new display. Brought it in and spoke to Brian. He looked into it and they had a new display in stock to fix it right away. He said it would take about 2 hours. He texted us 90 minutes later and said William had finished fixing it. Me display and it's like new again! Now we can go on vacation and not be worried about being phoneless.

They did a fair job on my PC repair which needed a broken hinge replaced. The tech advised it would be $79. But repair was almost doubled. Guess they charged for both hinges when only one needed to be replaced. One thing I recommend is the receipt be given to customers for drop off and estimates by the tech or manager be sent via email.
