CPR Cell Phone Repair Wilmington

It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a review, but I felt obligated to write a positive review on this location. A couple of weeks ago, we were in Wilmington from out of town visiting our son who is in the military. He has been having issues charging his phone even though we had the charging port replaced less than a year ago. We just figured it needed to be replaced again. We are from the Chicago area and have always had good service with this franchise by us, so we figured we would stop in this location. We took it in and we were greeted by a nice young man with longer hair. I believe his name is Justin, but I could be wrong. We told him the situation, and it put it on his diagnostic instrument and gave it a good cleaning. After that, it charged just fine. Since our son will be deployed soon, I was prepared to pay for a new charging port as good "insurance." He reassured me saying he felt it was good to go, and he was right, and there have been no issues!! When I asked him how much we owe, he said nothing, and it was a service they offered. I was surprised by this, in fact, so surprised I wasn't thinking straight. Looking back, I wish I would have given him a tip for his efforts since he saved us $160 I was prepared to spend on a new charging port. I hope this young man gets recognized since he made a lot of future money for CPR Cell Phone Repair. If we have any issues with any of our phones, this is the only place we will go!

I rarely write reviews but the spectacular customer service at CPR was deserving of one. Eli who helped me was absolutely amazing. Not only did he help me with my phone issues he was also super patient with me and my questions. It’s hard to find a good employee like this nowadays so I hope he sticks around so others can have the same experience I did! Way to go Eli!!!

I bought a Zagg screen protector from CPR cell phone repair and it completely saved my phone! After dropping it on asphalt the screen protector shattered in 3 different spots, but my actual phone screen? Unharmed! This thing saved my phone! Highly recommend! The staff at CPR are wonderful as well. Very professional business with great service.

These guys are awesome. Not only are they really knowledgeable but they are super nice too. After spending hours trying to get my husband’s phone unlocked by Apple Support, Geek Squad and Spectrum (honestly 2 weeks of hours) They had his iPhone fixed in less than 30 minutes. I’d recommend them to anyone.

My spare iPhone XR locked up on me by wanting my password that I didn't have. I never used a password on that phone. I was informed by other repair shops that it couldn't be fix. Well CPR proved them wrong. They fixed it at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Now I have my spare, my backup phone working like new.
