Steve came out to our home, was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and a true professional. He saved everything from our quickly dying old hard drive and installed the new computer tower with all the saved data and then did a backup of everything to a western digital storage device. He made sure to answer any and all our questions, patiently and in simple terms for us older non-techies. and even encouraged us to take it for a test drive while he was here. we wouldn't hesitate to use Express Computer Clinic for any of our computer needs and highly recommend them to you.

I would give a 10 star if I could. My PC had a problem and I contacted HP and Microsoft before taking it to Steve. A Microsoft agent accessed the PC and spent over 7 hours trying to resolve the issue, and he couldn’t. His recommendation was to take it to a repair shop, and I did. It was a tough one, Steve said, but he fixed it within a half a day! He saved my PC and saved me hundreds from purchasing new equipment. A cost of the repair was very reasonable too! I really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism, and I am glad that we have a local business where we can see and talk in person! Highly recommend!!

I'd give 100 stars if I could. Express has an amazing staff and incredibly fast service that goes above and beyond, something that's pretty rare in today's world. They are good honest people who will help you with any and all of your computer needs. I will definitely be back should I need another repair job and I definitely recommend their amazing services to anyone who needs it. Thank you for all your help.

First time visiting this place and I’m blown away at the hospitality. Steve took care of me with a laptop charger when I was in a pinch. Will absolutely visit for any future PC needs.
