They left my vehicle outside UNLOCKED and hood opened over the holiday break. Service advisor Cole could use some Customer Service Training and a reminder to GREET and TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS THE SAME!!! Danny the owner has always been very nice, and professional for over 30 years I have known him as a customer. I will more than likely still return, but prefer to interact with someone other than Cole. I hope he will re-train the service advisors (especially Cole) on the importance of customer service!!!

I have found that Wendell Tire is an excellent place to have my cars serviced. When I first found out about Wendell Tire I stopped by there and was very impressed how neat and clean everything is including the large lot! The staff is very friendly and efficient! They work by appointment only, which I have found to be an advantage. No long waits! This is truly a nice place and friendly staff to deal with! Thankfully, Ted Rork

Been taking ours cars here for 5 years now. Never once had a bad experience. They don’t push upcoming repairs on you. Just notify you of what to be on the lookout for. We’ve had minor and major repairs by Wendell Tire, and have never questioned their pricing or quality of work. It’s the ideal mechanic shop.
