Staples

I honestly don’t know why this Staples in Waynesville is still in business. I’ve been shopping here for years and this store has lost all appeal and service. It is dirty, has empty shelves, and looks like a bomb went off inside. The staff are obviously stressed with just one person at the register trying to manage checkouts and Amazon returns with no help. Now the people waiting in line for the Amazon returns have to wait until all the paying customers are taken care of first, leaving a long line of Amazon customers waiting with packages. Staples is not fulfilling their end of their contract with Amazon. The new manager is not helpful either, and replied that is just the policy now and the way it is. He just smirked and could have cared less, nor did he offer to help. You can look around and see that the store is grossly understaffed. This store use to provide very good service but something has drastically changed. I will not return to this store. You have lost my business for good.

This Staples is excellent in kindness of the salespeople. The salesperson personally walked me to printers and loaded the needed printer on my cart. Gave me the price with return of my printer and trusted me to bring that back. Credited old ink. Even offered to load new printer in my car. Cannot say enough nice things about this guy.
