He listens to your concerns and validated what he understands you want him to do to fix your phone. He does excellent work at a very reasonable price. And your phone issues are resolved when you leave. He also offers if you have further problems with this particular issue ito return at no charge..

So I have had the phone I am writing this review from repaired three separate times for three separate breaks that were entirely my fault. Anytime I have to use a repair place. I do a lot of research and I try to find a general cost of what it's going to be before I ever take it anywhere to get a quote. Every time alien fix has a completely fair price, sometimes below average. Quick, clean, transparent, and extremely polite. I highly recommend alien fix for any phone repairs needed.

I highly recommend this shop! I took my iPhone in a little after 5:00 pm, it had a shattered screen. Guy said he should have it ready for me by 6:00, but would stay over if he needed to do so, quoted me a good price, and had it ready to go, and looking and working like new well before 6:00. I absolutely recommend this shop!
