Brought my OLD refurbished PC tower to fix it on Friday. They immediately diagnosed the problem and offered to do a data transfer to a new HP all in one. Better than that, they took my old PC and monitor to either dispose of and/ or refurbish!! Great service and reasonable pricing! Thank you to Heather and Morgan in Swansboro!! Highly recommend!!!

My screen was cracked and my IPhone 11 kept scrolling and glitching on its own. I brought it in and they replaced the screen in 30 minutes which fixed the problem. Excellent service and prices aren’t too bad either!

Edit: We got off to a rocky start, partly due to a family emergency there, and also this all took place in the midst of the holidays. They contacted me regarding the battery problem and I took it back in to them. They replaced the battery and no more problems! Runs great now, and if needed, I will take it back to them. Dropped my laptop off for repair, they called and said they'd looked at it and would have the part in 10 days. No contact from them after that. Called them and someone had accidently closed my case so nothing had been done. When they finally did get the part, it wasn't the correct part. Waited again for the new, more expensive part, checked it at the store and it turned on and off. At home, it ran fine for about 4 hours and the battery died. Now I get error messages and it won't run on the battery but a few minutes. Granted the battery wasn't the problem I had taken it in for, but before I took it to them it would run for hours just fine on the battery.

Justin was awesome! He had my Samsung Tablet fixed and running smoothly in much less time than I expected! He was polite and courteous at all times with a friendly attitude and a pleasant smile!! After Ms. Heather removed the virus protection program from my computer, I still had other conflicts involving another program I needed. She tackled that problem and cleared it up nicely. I appreciate her prompt service and believe her work rates 5 stars
