I dropped my laptop off at CPR for a screen repair on or about October 30 and was given a qoute of $395.00. So, I later opted to transfer my files to a new laptop instead of completing the repair. I was initially told it would take a couple of days, but after several days without updates, I had to contact CPR for a status update. They informed me there were corrupt files, which caused delays. The back-and-forth communication stretched over two weeks until I decided to pick up my laptop. Although very few files were transferred, I was initially charged $157 for the service. After some discussion, Heather contacted the owner, who provided instructions on accessing the files and reduced the cost to $57. While Heather was kind and communicated often, the overall experience was frustrating. The service was not completed properly or in a timely manner, and I feel the cost should have been waived considering the outcome. This was a major disappointment despite giving them multiple chances to make things right.😟

I am new to the area and I was already skeptical about where to take my MacBook to get repaired. Taking my laptop here to get repaired was a true blessing and I hope this review could possibly lead others to obtain the same. The repair was very time efficient, the individuals working here reassured me that the work would be worthy and I promise my screen looked way better than it did before I walked through the doors. If you're in the area looking to get your screen repaired, this is your confirmation to go to Computer CPR. I will definitely (well hopefully not lol ) be going back and recommending this location to anyone I come in contact with that needs the saving!

Thank you, computer CPR for all your great work over the years. We work with you guys. You’ve always come through and done fantastic work time after time. Josh is a great guy to work with, and I love his sense of Christianity and respect for God. You have always been a beacon of help to our organization in our growth as we need continuous, digital platforms and computer technology aid for us and our Dreamhomers.

Highly recommend! I made the mistake to going to someone who fixes computers/tablets for a side hustle who botched my son’s tablet even more - the charging port needed replacement and he damaged the screen leading to more trouble, and lied about it (beware of Anthony Moore). Anyway, my tablet ended up in the hands of John and the team at Computer LLC. They took great care of the tablet and fixed it right up after all of the issues from the previous attempts made by another party. Their customer service was AMAZING! I cannot say enough. They have worked a couple of devices for my family now. Thank you!

HOW do they have decent reviews?! My computer NEEDS CPR after visiting these guys. I dropped off a tablet with a broken screen after Thanksgiving. We had to come take it from them in January because it still wasn't done. If we hadn't gone to get it, they would still have it now and there would be NO communication. They never called or texted us towards the end - only responded to my husband after he texted them (I texted them one time and got nothing back). My husband picked it up, brought it home, and it sat in it's case for two months on my table. I opened it today to see what state it was in and the laptop (which was brand new and clean other than the screen damage) had food or some kind of oily residue all over the back, scuff marks everywhere, and a bent frame (don't ask how my husband missed this, it confuses me too). The screen was dangling from the unit. They may as well have taken a !@#$ in it, closed it up and thrown it off a cliff. They're lucky I didn't come in to pick it up. Don't even bother with them. The only thing they did right was not having the audacity to charge me a penny for this cluster.
