I took my phone to get the screen fixed and was told it would cost 120$ and it would take a few days. More than a few days went by and had to call on the status of my phone and was told it was going to take longer bc part wasn’t there yet. Then when it was ready, they was charging me 50$ more bc supposedly it was a different part that was needed but I was never informed of the price change to see if I still wanted to go thru with the process. Bad customer service. No communication whatsoever. Wouldn’t recommend.

Our business has been using Computer Connections exclusively for a few years now. Excellent customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. I love the fact that they prioritize their jobs. Sometimes we are next and sometimes we are next week. Some of our issues can be fixed remotely and some need to be fixed on site. They are always on time and show up when they say they will. That was an issue we had before. We are a business that relies on our computers to operate so having someone we can count on to show up is vital. Eddie, Johnathon and crew are number one in our book.

My cat bit my MacBook Air laptop screen and it went black and wouldn’t turn back on. I brought it in the next day to be worked on. Cost $360 and a little over a week but it was worth it. The wait is not long at all compared to other places and the cost is less than I would have spent on a new laptop. The lady at the counter was super kind. Thank you!

Communication with this shop is spotty at best. After a week of them having my computer and no word I call to see what’s going on, I’m told oh yeah we remember you, give me a few minutes I’ll call you back over an hour later I call them back and they say we realized the vendor had the screen listed wrong so we refunded the money, they weren’t sure what was going on and no one had a screen in stock for my computer. According to my bank they refunded me within minutes of me paying, I was never notified of what was going on. I finally went and got my computer I’ll be taking it somewhere else.
