Alex's wireless phone repair and Prepaid Phone and Notary service

I recently visited Alex’s Wireless Phone Repair in Shallotte for a few iPad screen replacements, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service lacked attention to detail and professionalism. After getting my device back, I noticed that some of the bolts were missing, which is a serious oversight that could compromise the device’s structural integrity. Additionally, the screen was not glued down properly, leaving it loose and poorly aligned. These are fundamental mistakes that show a lack of care and quality control during the repair process. To make matters worse, when I tried to address these issues, the staff seemed dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with expensive electronics that require precise handling. I would not recommend Alex’s Wireless Phone Repair to anyone looking for reliable and professional repair services. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service make it clear that they do not prioritize their customers or their devices. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Not a professional setup by a long shot. I took my son’s new iPad in for cracked glass. A simple repair done through Best Buy or Apple but he said he could do it. The iPad was only a couple of months old and was still working but with cracks in the screen. He told me to pick it up the next day so I turned up the next day and he hadn’t completed it so he said it will be 15mins. 2hours later I’m still sitting there waiting. This is when he broke the screen and told me he has to order a new screen and he will over night it so I could pick it up the next day. Well no surprise it wasn’t ready again so he said 3 days. I went back in 3 days and still no repaired iPad. I told him to call me when it was ready and week later still no response. I went back to see what was going on and he just gave me the iPad back in pieces. Apple now want $350 to repair the iPad and it only cost $350 new. The guys problem is he can’t focus on 1 thing at a time. There is no order to anything. Someone will come in after you and start working on their item whilst yours is torn down. He gets on the phone whilst you are waiting and it drags it out even longer. I use local business when I can but I would steer clear of this place. They take no responsibility when they damage your device and he also gave the device back missing a bunch of screws. If I could give zero stars I would. It wasted over 5hours of my time for nothing and had to buy a new iPad.

It is never good to be without your phone, but when you are 7 hours from home traveling alone and your phone screen gets smashed it is even worse. When I called Alex's wireless phone repair about getting my screen replaced, he said he just bring it in and I will get it fixed! The whole process took less and 20 minutes! Fast, friendly and quality service! Great experience with Alex's wireless phone repair I highly recommend you calling Alex's wireless phone repair if you need a phone repaired!

Awesome phone repair guy. I had something stuck in my charger port and he got it out within 5 minutes. He's not there on Sunday's but seriously the best $25 I've spent in a long time.
