I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max to this shop to get the front screen replaced, as getting a new phone wasn’t an option for me at the moment. Initially, the broken screen was replaced with an LCD version, but after the repair, my phone started having issues—it would stutter, freeze, and become unresponsive. I was worried it might be something serious, so I brought it back to the shop for help. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly professional and thorough. He quickly identified the problem, which seemed to be related to compatibility issues between the replacement screen and my phone’s internal components after a software update. Not only did he fix the issue, but he went above and beyond by upgrading my screen to a higher-quality version to ensure my phone worked perfectly moving forward. His customer service is unmatched. Ali is awesome! I went in very upset with a black phone screen and had tried every possible solution to fix it myself. He was very friendly when I went in. He looked at my phone for a bit and explained I needed a new screen. He gave me all of my options regarding a new screen and was DEFINITELY HONEST.....the most expensive solution was not shoved down my throat. I appreciated it. Within a few days I had a new screen and back to business as usual with my phone. I'm so happy with how I was treated, the service, and the quality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 👍

Really good repair shop. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen. After it was repaired it developed a line and green flashing. I brought it back and AJ gave me zero grief. He was apologetic and when I picked it up again it was great. I'll definitely use again...
