John has helped me in the past with diagnosing and fixing problems with my old computer. Recently I decided to switch to Chromebook and asked for John's recommendation. He found one in my price range that would do all I wanted and do it fast. He ordered it for me and set it up. When I went to pick it up he went through the differences between Windows and Chrome OS with me. I couldn't be happier with the service and with the product he recommended.
