Needed a couple fans for my desktop computer as my old ones were making a horrible noise. I used to use Intrex however recently they don’t stock much. Warp had the fans, made sure they were the correct size and connectors. I’ll definitely return for all my computer needs.

I brought my laptop in for a keyboard replacement. On the first attempt, the keyboard back light wasn't working. At first I took the computer home thinking that wouldn't bother me, but when I got the computer home I also noticed that my WiFi was no longer working. After calling Warp, they told me that they probably forgot to put my WiFi module back in during reassembly and that they'd look into the keyboard back-lighting problem. A couple weeks later they stated that they ordered the wrong keyboard originally and had installed the correct one, and told me that the WifI module was in-fact installed, but that the socket for the module itself was bad. I told them it was working fine before I brought it in, but they didn't seem to care. Their advice was to "buy a USB WiFi dongle". I picked up the computer and took it home to find that not only do I have a laptop with no WiFI, but that several speakers no longer work either. So, in summary - I gained a working keyboard, but lost the built in WiFi, and several speakers.

BEWARE!! They are terrible. Took my laptop computer here to get my charging port fixed. I paid for the diagnosis and was told they needed to replace the top and bottom of the keyboard side. I paid for the parts and repairs. I was given a timeline of three business days to get everything fixed. They kept insisting that I had not paid my diagnosis fee, though I produced my receipt. After 2 weeks of poor communication, lies, and excuses, I finally got my laptop back. The mouse pad would not work. I took it back the same day, and they claimed they would fix it. More back and forth over the phone, and poor communication took place for another two weeks. They tried to charge me to fix what they had broken..smh...I firmly told them no. I finally got my laptop back, just to find they broke the disc drive, and there was a huge scratch along the length of my screen 😡. I, too, it back, yet again. They were able to get the disc drive to close, but told me not to use it because it may not snap ba k in place when I slide it out. As for the scratch, the older man who works there argued that they would not fix it. I was just DONE!! Do not take your computer here!! I would give a -5 stars if I could. **Their response below is to try to save face. I still have my receipts for what I paid for the diagnosis and to fix the initial problem. Why should I pay for the things that stopped working or got broken in their care? Their accounting is really bad. They made a copy of my receipts for "their records," and they still claimed I didn't pay my diagnostic fee...smh Their response adds insult to injury. I still have a broken disc drive and a huge scratch on my screen that I decided not to argue with them to fix. As I communicated before, my history with them includes lies. I stand 100% by my experience and review.

Always a great experience at Warp. Easy, affordable repairs, great source for used equipment, and a friendly neighborhood provider. Hats off to Hassan for the years of great service. Warp is my go-to.

The owner is a very sweet, kind person. That being said, my experience generally lines up with most of the one star reviews. What took months here due to lots of confusing records, lost hardware and mis filed information was solved in 10 minutes at Best Buy. I didn’t have my data for almost a year after their diagnosis, believing I had to send my hard drive off for CIA level restoration. All I actually needed to do was take it to Best Buy with an external hard drive to copy the data. BB does it in store in a matter of minutes. I do not think this place run scams. The fact that I had to physically visit the store four times over months to get what I know now is an inaccurate report is awful, however, the owner refunded my money with no trouble and was extraordinarily collaborative in his manner. I think they are befret with organizational challenges and unable to triage things that are within their capabilities and outside of them. They are Owned by a kind local which is valuable and I hope that if they wish to remain open, they can get more tuned into their ideal customer to ensure success.
