Super professional, super quick and easy experience. I came in with a broken computer the same week rent is due and tuition (I’m a student) so I had very small budget. The owner was extremely personable, he talked me through what he was doing and gave me great tips! I was recommended this shop by Best Buy since the computer that was broke was off brand and Best Buy does not work with off brand computers. I will be back and 100% recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Adam was able to recover every file and folder from my flash drive that had severe physical and structural damage. He had excellent communication and had all my files to me within a few days. It was also over a holiday! Service was exceptional, highly recommend.

Brought my desktop here because it read having some issues with the GPU fans spinning at 100% and the screen going black. They updated some drivers and weren't able to replicate the issue any longer. Didn't even charge me. Great experience and safe day service is hard to beat. Will be back if I ever have any other devices having issues and will highly recommend to others.

Owner agreed to fix a tiny resistor in a TV soundbar circuit board after I found a YouTube showing how to repair my specific model and I took a picture of the burned out resistor and a link to the specific resistor to purchase. I had never soldered micro-circuits, but he did an excellent job. The soundbar is fixed and still working after 3 months!
