The staff there (especially Eyla - I hope I got the name right) was wonderful. They were patient and helpful. Unfortunately, Google ruined the experience by not honoring the free fix of their big screw-up with the Google Pixel 4a battery. Even though I qualify for the free replacement they didn't honor it and I'm out nearly $100. NOT the fault of uBreakiFix by any means.

I can not say enough about this uBreak location!!! My S24 was basically destroyed, having been run over by a piece of heavy construction equipment. Even being in a case, the front, back, and frame of the phone were damaged beyond possible repair. After my initial replacement of the device, I had hoped to migrate all of the stored data, pics, messages, and the like from cloud storage to the new device. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I reached out to a couple of mall-based cellphone shops, hoping they may be able to help to no avail. Every suggestion was to 1st replace front, back, and charging / data port before any attempt of retrieval could be made. Both estimates were upwards of $400 just to get started. Although frustrated, I continued to search for someone who might be able / willing to take a deeper dive into the phone. I searched and found uBreakiFix, set an appointment online, and described my problem. Although my appointment was a week out, I received a phone call from the shop to verify my issue and confirm the time of my arrival. When I arrived, I was greeted by Aalah, who assessed my issue and offered to do what she could to help. Initially unable to help due to the lack of available parts, we collaborated and worked out a solution to access the internal board. Aalah went above and beyond to fix my issue, and after a couple of days of dedicated effort... she was successful in restoring EVERYTHING that I thought I had lost. The fee was more than fair, AND they also offer a warranty and maintenance program for all of your home electronics. This repair shop has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Would leave a zero if I could. I was sent to this store by Samsung to have a repair done to my phone which was under warranty. They refused to perform the work for me and claimed it was because Samsung has not paid them after the fact for warranty work performed. So with "samsung service partner" posted on the door they would not help me. I eventually ended up at a Batteries Plus who helped me right away and said they had heard terrible things about uBreakiFix. They also explained that Samsung has a particular software you have to process repairs through in order to be paid and while it's a hassle it's just part of doing business. So really this company was probably just too lazy to place their claims properly which is why they didn't get paid, and somehow they made that MY problem by refusing me service. I wouldn't trust my device to these people.

I came in for a shattered phone. They fixed the screen and the phone works fine, five stars there. But the process was weird. Everyone was very kind and respectful. I was told my phone would be done in 2 days. And I mentioned multiple times that I would be traveling out of the country right after I pick up my phone. So I confirmed that it would be done otherwise I would bring it in another time. They said it would be done in 2 days max. 2 days go by and I don’t hear anything so I call them. They told me they haven’t even started because the Samsung system was down so they couldn’t order any parts. The gentleman I spoke to made it sound like it had been down for a while, so I’m not sure why they gave me the 2 day timeline, but I could be wrong here. It is what it is, so I asked them if I could leave the phone there to get repaired whenever they have the chance and pick it up much later because I would be out of the country and they said no problem. 10 days later I’m back and I pick up my phone only to see that they did half the job in all that time. They only replaced the front screen of the phone, not the back. So I have a pretty new screen on the front and a shattered back. Again the work is perfect, but this game of back and forth is annoying. I wish it was all done the first time I dropped it off like we discussed.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I'd rate 0 stars if I could. When I brought my laptop to the store for repair, I was told the part would come in 1-2 days and the repair would be done in 4-5 days. 8 days later, the part hadn't even come to the store yet! I had called on the 5th, 6th, and 7th days and each time I was told "the part will come in today or tomorrow". I fully cancelled my protection plan and got refunded for everything because I haven't had my laptop working in weeks. This has been a major inconvenience for me, a huge waste of my time and money. DON'T USE ASURION!!!!!!!
