Great service and value! This establishment is professional, polite and highly skilled at replacing my broken screen on my IPhone. Alex was very helpful and had me out and back in working order in less than 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this location with your phone repairs.

The Service/Sales technician Dwarakesh ("Dave") was great. Inspected my items needing repair, gave me a quote for time and cost to repair and did not disappoint. Solid Experience in a clean/organized retail environment.

I paid for a replacement glass screen and a touchscreen sensor on my Android, they forgot to install the touch sensor and acknowledged that they forgot. The replacement screen cracked within 48 hours of getting the phone back with no drops to constitute this. Even though I was told it was under warranty for that time frame, they refused to honor this and would not replace the screen. They said they would replace the sensor they forgot but because the screen was now cracked that it would make it worse. I asked for a refund on the sensor I paid for but never received and they have not honored this either, it's been 2 months now. I'm sure the accessories are fine when installed properly but the careless service and application will counter any positives. Don't waste your money on anything at this location. I also had an issue with a ipad protector they sold me and applied at this location as well.

Fix my phone very good. Everything was excellent. I just had a couple issues with speaking with the lady. We had a understanding, but she fix my phone really good and I really liked her, but I feel like there was some not understanding on our languages.

The customer service is amazing. Very nice people it’s like in and out when I get in they change my screen protector right away. I am a loyal costumer using a Zagg screen protector and it’s hard to find a right screen if it’s not in the actual store. I’m glad they just open one in Brier Creek. So nice of them giving me a phone pouch because of my loyalty. Thank you so much I will recommend you to everyone else.
