“I just want to thank the employees for their excellent service. This is a great place to go if you need your Apple products repaired. All you need to do is make an appointment, and they may even be able to help you while you wait. I only waited about 20 minutes, and they resolved the issue with my frozen iPad quickly. I was amazed at how fast they fixed it! I had an outstanding one. Highly recommended!”

First customer service needs work, they take forever to get to the door. They will not do full refund even if they dont fix the problem and if they do fix your computer make sure they check it all they way before giving it back to you because they “fix” my displayed but now my camera doesn’t work and I brought it back to them they said they couldn’t do anything to fix it and then suddenly now my computer doesn’t even work but they wanted to “help” fix it but of course that require me paying more and then wouldn’t give a full refund when I didn’t want their help. I do appreciate Shaun’s help.

The first time I brought a laptop here a couple of years ago everything went well with the needed repairs. However, this most recent time was a bit of a nightmare. The tech who I was communicating with was very very difficult to get in contact with. I called, I emailed. He returned my call a couple of times while I was at work but then ultimately threatened to sell off my laptop because they hadn't heard from me, even though I had continually tried to reach back out to them in multiple ways. They also kept trying to sell me repair options that far exceeded the value of the laptop--which I found odd and not at all similar to my first experience with them. Anyway - they never did manage to get any work at done on my computer and instead I wasted $75 and a lot of time.
