I drove all the way from Apex after getting a quote to have my iPad screen replaced. I verified the model number and the generation over the phone. After getting here, they said it would be $130 more than what they quoted me on the phone. The person in charge said there was nothing that they could do and that they claim no responsibility for quoting me the wrong price. They wasted an hour and a half of my day. Ken would not even take my information for someone to call me, claiming I could leave a 1 star review if I wanted… almost asking me to do so. Here it is Ken, as requested. The reply from Pro wireless, below, is unsatisfactory. I called and verified the model number to get the cost. I do tech for a living and you had everything needed to give me a proper price. I don’t have an issue with the employee making a mistake(which they admitted to), I have an issue with the way it was handled. Ken was super rude and even stated that’s how you do business there. He wouldn’t even take my info to have someone call me. If you treat someone like a commodity, they will never return.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The initial lady I spoke to told me one price. My son went back & paid without me & they charged him $20 more! I went back to clarify why he was charged extra & all of a sudden the girl didnt hear the lady tell me the price & the screen protector was free. As im explaining to the other tech what was going on she throws her hand up & fans me off saying whatever!! Long story short their attitudes are terrible, they dont know how to talk to people, & they dont know the definition of Customer Service! Lord willing I will NEVER spend another dime there!

They replaced my back camera lens protector and my front screen protector in under 5 minutes. The young man that helped me out on the morning of July 24, 2024 around 11:30AM was very efficient and polite. There were no bubbles in his work when he handed my phone back to me. They do a fantastic job and get you in n’ out fast. I am aware there are other cell phone repair stores in the area but I have been going to this one for numerous problems with my phone and they are wonderful with their work.

they do not desrve anything they just replace the screen whe i got back charger connector not eorking camera front and rear not working and now the screen is freezing I really desappointing samsung s23 ultra never take your phoinr there for any rapair

Spent $230 for them to a work on a phone that does not work. When we took it back for them to check it they said we should try trading it into our phone carrier. They use very cheap materiel to temporarily fix phones. The Asian female that is working there is highly unprofessional. I will never spend a dime in their store. We wasted $230. Don’t waste your time at this company! Update: we had to take our phone to another place to get repaired and when the technician opened the phone he seen how the technicians at pro wireless did not fix the phone and just put tape inside the phone. Ridiculous! We were basically robbed!
