Phone Repair Zone

Brought my phone in because the speaker stopped working. While they had it I’ve paid them to put in a new screen because the old one had had a small crack in it for like a year. First they said they had the screen but not the speaker and I should come back the next day. I came back the next day at which time they had the speaker but not the screen. So I came back yet again, They repaired it quick enough, except over the next week I notice my phone acting consistently different from before. my phone started chronically overheating causing it to shut off and off times when I put it in my bag or pocket it would self activate and make failed attempts to unlock itself causing the phone to lock down on protective mode. sometimes the screen worked sometimes the screen didn’t. I brought it back in to say what did you do with my phone? And he said “there’s a warranty but it works just fine so there’s nothing to be done about it.” I said it DOESNT work fine, it overheats CONSTANTLY since they worked on it. But he found every excuse in the world why the problems they caused were not their problems. Absolutely have your phone serviced by registered reputable service providers and skip this chop shop.

Paid $200 cash for a new screen on a Iphone15Max. Phone blacks out randomly and has to be forced restarted 3x a day. I would try another business with better parts.

I had to repair my laptop screen and got my laptop back physically damaged and lagging. When I asked them a compensation for the damage they caused. They denied it saying that it was already damaged, even though I showed the proofs. The only solution they offered was to put back my broken screen and are just going to charge me the labor ??? The first picture is the laptop right before leaving the shop and on the second picture right after I got it back. Dishonest people

This place sucks!! I don’t recommend it to anyone! We left my husbands phone to be fixed while we ran a couple places. He told us he’d call my phone when it was done. We never got a call so we just decided to come back. As we pulled back into the parking lot, we passed the employee leaving in his car. He had a sign posted he was gone for lunch and a phone number to reach him at. My husband called and said he was here to pick up his phone and he said he’d be back in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later, we tried calling and he wouldn’t answer. 4 calls trying to touch base with him bc we have our baby and have places to go and he won’t answer. After 35 minutes, we tried to call again and got a man who said the employee should be back in 30 more minutes but we said we couldn’t wait that long and we just need to pick up the phone even if it’s not done. The man had noooo answers for us and wasn’t even sure when the employee would be back. After waiting AN HOUR, he finally showed up at 4:20 with absolutely no urgency. The phone was already done and we never received a call saying it could be picked up to avoid this whole problem like we were told!!! So unprofessional and I don’t recommend this lousy place to anyone!
