the owner of this store is the most unprofessional person. I went to his location in Capital Blvd on 11/1 and his latino employee replaced my LCD. He at 1st asked his boss (owner) which was not at the store, he facetime to show the cellphone that also had a cracked on the back housing and LCD was sigmented in the keyboard area and reason why LCD needed replacement. The owner who refused to give me his name, told latino employee it would not be an issue and charge me $160 to repair it. It started to warm up when I started using it at home as I had no service on it and when started to use phone it started to heat up and phone to shut off. Side volume button didn't want to work. I went to store on Saturday 11/2 and they were closed. I called their phone number and its rude employee working with owner told me that they were only open at the Avent Ferry RD and sent me address via text and did not let me explain my situation. I arrived at store, I had to go up to them and ask them to service me as they ignored my presence. I explained to him issue and asked for WIFI so he could see that after a min of use, it heats up and shuts down. As his employee (African American) ignored me, I went to owner and he didn't let me explain to him what was going on and said its your phone as it looks bent and its the charging port. I told him it can't be mainboard as I have no issue with it except screen shutting off as I had no issues with phone prior. Owner (Hindu male) stated he didn't know us and we had to go to that store we went to and talk to them, to get it fixed. I asked him to give me his name and he refused and stated he was not the owner. His employee also ignored me and refused to give me his name. As this was not the store it was replaced we waited until today Monday 11/4 to go to store and have latino employee check it out. I had my friend go in by himself as I saw the owner in the store which he lied and I told him to tell the employee that we were interested in changing the back housing, the employee showed the phone to the owner and said leave it for an hr and it will cost you $350 to repair it. Then my friend called me in and I went inside and when he saw me he refused to service me as he got caught with lying to me. He again used sasme story and I felt bad for the latino employee as he attempted to check LCD he replaced and owner told him he was not allowed to touch my phone. I paid using my debit card and will contact my bank and BBB to file a complaint. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

I cannot thank Amir, enough! 🙌 My 90-lb. German shepherd munched on my phone on Christmas day. 😒😩 I didn't think my phone would be salvageable, because the screen was completely cracked--you could see the insides of the phone. Amir said that he would be able to repair it in 45 minutes. I didn't think it was possible! He repaired it in under 30 minutes! 🤯 THANK YOU SO MUCH, Amir! 👏🌟🙌
