NXT Gen Tech Repair

I wouldn't even give this place a star! The man who fixed the glass on the back of my iPhone 14 Pro (I don't even know his name), fixed my phone, a few days later, broke again, and my Bluetooth antenna wasn't working. I brought it back in and explained that the back of my phone shouldn't have broken within a few days of getting it fixed. He fixed it free, and 2 months later, the back broke again. I brought it to another phone repair place- who looked at my phone and explained that the man who fixed my phone at Nxt Gen Tech Repair did not fix it properly, leaving out the MagSafe Ring that belongs around the copper piece (causing the back of my phone to crack with the lightest drop), as well as using too much glue along the sides of the back of my phone, as well as ruining my flashlight since he did not use the proper tool to dry the glue. The guy at the other place I went to get my phone fixed PROPERLY also explained to me that he probably didn't use a laser machine because they're expensive, causing a piece of the flashlight on the back to melt away. I should've done more research before deciding to come here. Came in as a walk in place looked dirty, had me wait for 30mins over a easy fix , personally I know my phone and don’t put wear on them but this guy was reluctant to tell me my iPhone had a hardware issue ,instantly knew he was lying because I’m IT support myself just a all around bad place and he didn’t seem tech competent went right across the street by BJs and that gentleman talked to me nicer and fixed it in a flash all it needed was a battery when he told me it was trash 🗑 bad service didn’t run any proper diagnostics don’t go here

Dude know how to fix everything phone I bring in 100% perfect and i haven’t had any issues with my phones after there were fixed since then. He also knows how to unlock you electronics if you have them locked and forgot you password. I just want to know of you know how to fix Apple Watches?

Got my Galaxy s7 edge fixed here, those who have this phone and have broken it, should know it's no cheap repair. Brought it to nxt gen and they fixed it for only $180! Cons: The part for my phone had to be ordered and took about 4 days to get in. The location seems a little sketch and the inside needs to be freshened up a bit. When I got my phone back the microphone sounded a little shaky but they were able to fix it with no problems. Pros: When the part came in they fixed my phone in about 30 minutes! It only costs me $180. Customer service is good. Phone is working perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place to people who brake their phones. And don't have insurance.
