Intrex Computers

Told me I would be charged 70$ for a diagnostic, when I went to pick up my computer they did extra fixes and charged me $140! They claimed it had thermal paste in the socket that needed to be cleaned out for the PC to work. Thermal paste is not even electronically conductive but they still charged me for it!

My computer was on its last leg so I called at 5:00 pm, panicked, and talked with Eric. He gave me wonderful advice. I knew I needed a new computer, and not being tech savvy at all, I was nervous. I went into the store because of Eric’s expertise and because he took time at the end of the day to help me “off the ledge”. I walked in and met Curtis who listened to my needs and assured me it was no problem. The turn around was quick and exactly what I wanted. I am telling everyone about this store! It was a wonderful experience!

refused to fix my key- i only need one letter fixed- they insisted on replacing all the keys, employee told me he wouldnt even fix it for me on the side if i paid him- also didnt know where else i can take my laptop

I recently required an upgrade for a powerful Intrex computer I have used for years, and Joe listened to what I thought I needed, gave me his input and said he could have everything taken care of by the next day or two. True to his word, he called first thing day two and I picked up the computer. I have had Intrex build and service my computers for many years without any issues. They do solid work and back it up!
