I wish to send thank you to Nia , a consultant with the Geek Squad. She did a tremendous job of helping me install my NordVPN. She was very detailed with explanations of what she was doing when installing and helped me keep track of where my information could be found when needed. I felt very knowledgeable and comfortable with my NordVPN when I walked out of Best Buy. thank you Nia

Urgent printer issues brought me in today. I had a lot on the line. And no appointment. Wow! A fantastic geek named Arisa listened like she really cared, applied her terrific tech skills, and had me out the door within fifteen minutes to run back and finish my print job under the deadline! Many thanks, Geek Squad and star geek Arisa!

Went to geek squad and talked to someone in person. Asked if they could update the bios on my motherboard because I didn’t have a 12th gen processor. (Had a new 13th gen I just bought) if I bring it to them. Guy went and talked to the tech team and said they could do it. I said ok I’ll be back in an hour after I take it out of my computer. Bring the motherboard back after an hour and they tell me they thought I was bringing the whole computer in and they need a processor to update it. Complete idiots. Don’t waste your time

Was on hd for 45 mins. Then I could not get Best Buy Assistance to talk to Geek Squad Assistance. I spent over $500.00 in one shop to get items that I wanted and my girls. It will take a lot for me to go back there again. That was the worst customer service I have ever had. It is a joke to have a store like that.
