Apple Crabtree Valley Mall

I had the absolute best experience. Jarred Was assisting me with an issue with my phone. I needed to pull deleted messages and it was something that was very critical. He spent 2 1/2 hours with me not giving up to be able to find these messages while he was helping other people as well. He was professional. He was knowledgeable. He was kind and extremely patient. The best customer experience I have had in so long. Words cannot express how grateful I am. Thank you again to Jarred. They are lucky to have you working for them.You Rock!

Before I begin, shout out to Brayden for helping me out. I was so anxious about buying my first laptop and did my own research but he helped me compare options, storage, and shared his knowledge with me that pertained to my needs. He is extremely intelligent and j can tell he knows his products very well. I was blown away by how fast it was to get my laptop AND they had someone give me mine within seconds. I had a lot of random details and questions and he went through and answered every single one and reasons why. It was a great experience for me and I don’t think I wanna go to anyone else for all my Apple products. I’m recommending him to anyone I know! The rest of the staff made sure I was being taken care of and told me where to go too. It was all so helpful. Thank you Apple in Crabtree!

I didn’t catch the man’s name but he had glasses and a beard. So helpful and communicative, fixed my phone in less than an hour. All of the employees were super friendly and eager to help. After 3 days of going back and forth with poor customer service from bestbuy this was a huge wave of relief!! Thank you!

Apple Crabtree Valley Mall located at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 upper level gets my 5 Stars! I walked in and immediately a few of their employees greeted me, and were ready to help me - without an appointment! Store, lots and lots of products. Sales associates are very knowledgeable. I’ve had an iPhone ever since they came out and also the iPad. Pro MacBook, as well as the regular Mac. I invite you to follow my reviews as I am a music producer who travels around the world and has over 38 million views to my Photos/reviews. Of produced music, including John Williams, directing his Clarinet Concerto, which is a big exclusive .

Came in to check on a pick up order that I had not received a confirmation for but it was past the Check In pickup time on the order. As usual and like a pinball, I was bounced around to another associate who passed me on to another associate who then didn’t know what he was doing. I just wanted to see if I could confirm the order and I was willing to wait around for it to be put together. Guy couldn't find my order and had to ask for help. The other guy told him to put the number in again and it popped up. I was then told that they don’t know why the order was not ready as they don’t get any information about the order. What!!!!! I mean I’m physically there in the store what is the mystery of the order. Anyways I was told to find out about my order I would have to call the Apple support center. I mean my head spun in circles. Why do I have to call a support center and explain the issue to someone thousands of miles away when I am right there in the store physically in front of these people. I asked if the items are in stock can I just pick up the items and I was told yes but I would have to cancel the online pickup order. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever experienced. There’s like 10 associated standing around talking to each other and nobody can pull up my order pick the items I bought put them in a bag and hand them to me??? I would have been happy to wait even if it was a long wait but no. Anyways, I just walked out and cancelled the order. Tim Cook your Apple Store experience sucks.
